Notice of Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of the Lake Monger Community Shed to be held on Saturday 6 July 2024 at the Lake Monger Community Shed at 10am to propose a special resolution for an additional Membership class.

Special Resolution

THAT pursuant to 9.2 of the Lake Monger Community Shed Inc Constitution the Associate Membership Class of Youth Membership be approved and adopted as a Class of Associate Membership.

Agenda: Proposal of a resolution to approve an Associate Membership Class: Youth Membership.

Explanatory Notes

The LMCS constitution allows for associate memberships which are passed by resolution at a general meeting. The rules governing associate memberships (and ordinary memberships) are defined in the constitution, by resolution at a general meeting and by the committee.
